Information on the ODR platform for on line dispute resolution
An on-line platform has been created for online dispute resolution – “platform ODR” – unitary in EU area.
Using the online dispute resolution procedure is optional but, as required by the Regulation UE n. 524/2013, we provide consumers with the link to the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
