TEKNEPLUS LOYALTY PROGRAM
1.1 Program rules
TekneItalia srl., with registered office in Giarre (CT), via L.Settembrini, C.F. and VAT number 04803270877. makes available to its customers who own TekneItalia vehicles or users who wish to benefit from them, discounts, advantages and services at TeknePlus and TekneItalia or participating Tekneitalia retailers as well as agreements with commercial partners.
Having purchased a TekneItalia vehicle entitles you to automatic and free subscription to benefit from these advantages.
For non-owners of TekneItalia vehicles it is necessary to sign up for the loyalty program with TeknePlus regulated according to the following conditions (below the “Regulations”) which must be read carefully and accepted.
These conditions of participation will always be available on our website at www.tekneplus.com/ (below the ” “Site”). TekneItalia reserves the right to modify, even partially and at any time, this regulation, the methods and conditions of participation in the Program, and the benefits provided by the program itself.
Any modification or addition will be made known by promptly communicating it to members, through publication on the Site and/or through specific communications.
1.2 The TeknèPlus program
Subscribing to the TeknePlus program allows you to access and take advantage of all the advantages reserved exclusively for registered customers. In particular you will be able to:
- a) Take exclusive advantage offers that TeknePlus and TekneItalia will reserve for you.
- b) Accumulate points to take advantage of incremental benefits thanks to purchases made at www.tekneplus.com or the purchase of a TekneItalia vehicle.
- c) Access your personal area on the site (www.tekneplus.com), where you can keep your profile updated, consult the status of your online orders, check your points statement.
- e) Receive, with your consent, newsletters and communications on special offers, activities and events organized where TekneItalia will be present.
- f) Request and receive tickets for trade fair events where Tekneitalia will be present with its own means at a discounted or free price.
- g) Benefit from the agreements stipulated by TeknePlus with participating e-commerce sites to take advantage of the advantages and services of partner companies.
- h) Participate, with your consent, in market research, aimed at providing an increasingly better service.
1.3 Registration to the program and card features
The TeknePlus Virtual Card is issued free of charge and can be requested by any natural person of age and resident in Italy and abroad. The participation of companies and other entities with or without legal personality is permitted. Each person can request only one card. The card is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to third parties, it is valid only for private and non-commercial use. Registration in the program and the related card do not expire. The points accumulated will not expire either.
You can register by filling out the online form on the Site by providing all the data indicated as mandatory for registration purposes. You will immediately be assigned a code via email (virtual card).
You will be able to enjoy the benefits of the program right away.
When registering online you are required to choose a password that has some specified minimum security requirements. These credentials allow you to access the reserved area of the Site and the related functions and services. For security reasons we invite you to keep them strictly confidential and not to share them with third parties. It will be possible to request a new password using the appropriate button that you will find on the access page to your “Personal Area”. If you have reason to believe the confidentiality of your credentials has been compromised or that there has been unauthorized use of your account, please inform us immediately by contacting our Customer Service. In any case, and at any time, you can change your password by accessing your reserved area or contacting our Customer Service.
1.4 Method of use
For your purchases at TeknePlus.com or TekneItalia vehicles, you will receive 1% (Gold) or 0.5% (Other) points for every € spent; any fractions will give the right to points calculated in excess (for example, an amount equal to 199 EURO = 2 points credited. Purchases exchanging the points accumulated for a discount do not give the right to points.
- “GOLD” customers (owners of TekneItalia vehicles) 1%,
- Customers who do not own TekneItalia vehicles 0.5%
Points will not be awarded for amounts paid as a deposit, the corresponding score of which will be credited upon completion of the sale.
In case of products returned with a refund of money, shopping voucher or other equivalent means of reimbursement, the relevant points will be canceled from the customer’s card account.
The recognition and accounting of points can only take place upon presentation of the card at the time of payment of the fee. The accounting will take place and will be effective starting from the day following the acquisition of the entire amount.
You will be able to check the balance of the points accumulated by accessing your reserved area on the Site, after registering in the customer area by entering all the data requested as mandatory or by requesting it directly from the points of sale participating in the initiative.
The purchase, exchange and transfer of points between different customers/cards is not permitted.
In any case, the points accumulated will never be convertible into cash.
1.5 Benefits related to participation in the program
Upon reaching certain annual spending thresholds, counted from the day of the 1st purchase made with the card for the following 12 months, you will be able to take advantage of exclusive services and advantages which you can find described below.
Access to the benefits provided by the “Gold” status is granted exclusively to all customers owning Teknetialia vehicles.
Customers who do not own TekneItalia vehicles belong to the “basic” status.
TeknèItalia reserves the right to modify these benefits and advantages at its sole discretion during the course of the event, providing adequate information well in advance.
Benefits provided for “Gold” customers
- Dedicated promotions and discounts
- Early access to promos (excluding prize operations/competitions and below-cost promotions).
1.6 Loss of TeknePlus access data
If you lose your access codes you will need to notify us so we can help you. Write to us on info@tekneitalia.com
1.7 Editi profile, cancel membership
Editing your profile
Any time you can modify your personal profile by accessing your “Personal Area” from the Site, using as login credentials the email address and password you entered during registration or on a subsequent occasion.
If you wish to terminate your membership in the program you can do so at any time by sending an email to info@tekneitalia.com or by writing.
Following your cancellation request, all data relating to your profile will be deleted as well as the points accumulated.
Without prejudice to any other rights provided by law, TekneItalia may revoke your right to use the card and deactivate your registration in case of use of the card in violation of the conditions set out in these Regulations.

1.8 Personal data processing
By requesting the TeknePlus Virtual Card, you declare that you have read the Privacy Policy and that the data you provided during registration will be processed by TekneItalia srl, in their specific capacity as Data Controllers and/or Data Processors in accordance with the provisions by the legislation on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 “Privacy Code”), as specified in the specific “Privacy Policy”, viewable at www.tekneplus.com and www.tekneitalia.com.
Please always keep your identification and contact details updated by accessing your Personal Area of the website www.tekneplus.com.
