Traditional Sicilian Brioche, produced in a laboratory specialized in the gluten and milk free production.
20 brioches of 80 g each- Sealed in plastic envelopes and packaged in boxes.
INGREDIENTS:
Eggs, corn starch, sugar, rice flour, sunflower oil, yeast, rice starch, glucose syrup, humectant: sorbitol syrup, thickeners: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, xanthan gum; dextrose, fibre psyllium, raising agents: sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, potassium tartrate; salt, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavorings, preservative: calcium propionate. Treated on the surface with ethyl alcohol. WITHOUT MILK.
