Pistachio Pesto is a vegetable condiment, made with selected pistachios. Excellent with cheeses in appetizers, on crostini, pizza, piadine, first courses and second courses of meat or fish. Directions for use with pasta: As soon as the pasta is drained, add the pesto, add fresh ricotta and stir. Complete everything with a sprinkling of chopped pistachios.
